There is never any one to help you! I'm 62 years old lifting a T11 8foot long trying to get on a dolly 3 Lowe's men 6 to 8 feet away and didn't help .When I went in no dolly's Lowe's man walking by I asked where to get one he said he was going to get one came back in went right by me to get him something so I had to go out in parking lot to get one. We were unable to get any help. When I finally found an employee, he was clueless. I asked the service desk to get someone that could help with Christmas trees, 20 minutes later, no one. As I was leaving, I let the gal at customer service know, that no one came, she looked up from here phone and said" OH, OKAY" and nothing else ... pitiful
The absolute worst customer service I have had in my life dealing with the customer service desk! The employee was short and ridiculed me when I tried to ask questions. Even cussed at me. A manager had to pull her into the office. I know customers can suck a d don’t make it easy but when I’m just asking simple questions to make sure I shouldn’t be talked to like. that.
I had a terrible customer experience trying to get a washing machine delivered from this store. For 3 days in a row I have been trying to get this delivery, no communication between employees and the customer communication is a joke. So disappointing

It's so sad that this million dollar company has an app that worthless and that they are so petty that don't honor price online if it's different in store I'm no longer a Lowe's customer and have deleted this app from all devices home depot honored what Lowe's had on line and they carried the same item I guess home depot wants you happy and pleased where Lowe's could careless.
I am sorry but you really don't wish this review to happen. Most of our experience was good until we asked for help from an associate in plumbing fixtures and got her life history as a plumber and how she didn't like to be treated. For the record, I don't like anyone's finger in my face either. She could learn that! Next was check out. It went well until payment was complete and the cashier walked away without bagging our purchases. What? But mostly, it was good. We found what we needed.
