By far the worst customer service! Spent over $500.00 on an appliance and specifically asked what all parts we needed to buy with it, only was told one thing. Mind you, the manager of that department was right there while we asked and were being helped. She even helped us at a couple points. Bought it; got it home to set it up and there was not even a power supply! Called to figure out what could be done and the guy basically told us to suck it up and come buy the part and that nothing could be done! I couldn't be more angry... read more
They are the best at customer service goung out of their way to help me successfully find what I needed.
The worst costumer services I have ever encountered! The employees seem to do what ever they can not to help. Going to pick up a package from my parents and the lady behind the pickup and return counter actually told me my stepmother lied about saying she talked to anyone to arrange a pickup!
If your need electrical assistance at Port Orchard, be sure to talk with WAYNE. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. He REALLY knows his lightening! He should be given a raise and let it be known that he is a value to the company. He assisted us with the purchase of two chandeliers and the correct bulbs needed. THANKS WAYNE!!!!!
Took me about 30 minutes to get the employees to stop shooting the breeze and give me some assistance when shopping for new appliances. Appliance department had very limited knowledge at the Port Orchard location.
The absolute worst customer service and delivery team I have ever seen. Visit my page to learn what they did to this disabled Vet. Shameful.
