Went to the lumber dept this afternoon and the place was a pit. Junk on the floors, carts full of stuff just sitting in the isles. Seems that no one there cares what the place looks like or what the customers think anymore. The check out lady was trying to apologize and the dept manager just stood there. Looks like from now on it will be Home Depot for us.

Everything in the garden center was either dead or nearly dead. No one is obviously watering the plants. What a waste. They all died a torturous death. Hope who is in charge of that was fired!
APPLIANCES WITH YOU, NO MORE!!! LESSON LEARNED. We arrived pretty earlier in fact our receipt showed we paid at 0900hrs and we left at 1030hrs. It is hard to believe that it took them an hour and 30 mins to deliver a fridge from their back storage TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THEIR OWN PREMISES because we were doing the hauling. Moreover to arrive home to find out the fridge was dented on all its sides!!! How do u wanna fix this Lowe's????
Nice Lowes store. I went to the paint department the girl that helped me there was amazing and had my paint done in no time With a smile and positive attitude. The only thing I did notice is there's not very many people on the floor to ask a question to. I questions in 3 different departments and could not find a salesperson or helper person whatever you call them.
