Phones don’t work, can’t contact anyone, constant missed deliveries, going to cancel our entire order of cabinets and appliances, this place sucks
They don’t deliver when they say they will! EVER They don’t take care of their plants well, and don’t respond when you have issues! So bummed 😕 Only at the Port Orchard store.

So many bad complaints, not enough positive in this world. Because, of Deanna in the tool department I had a great experience & my husband is going to get an awesome gift for Christmas. Thank you for going above & beyond.
Lot of employees but not enough cashiers. Ugh
Went down for a sale on Ground Clear. found the display that said buy one get a refill at no cost.Grabbed one of each right over the sale sign. Got charged an extra $53.79 on it. Asked at the check out, was told to take it to costumer service. Was told it wasn't the right one. Return both of them. If you are not going to honor your sales then don't advertise it. Bad enough I didn't get what I wanted but you wasted a bunch of my time and pissed me off in the process. Thanks for nothing.
Good job Lowe’s! My daughter and myself walked through several departments today and not one employee said a word. Avoided as much as possible. At one point 3 employees walking together just walked on past not a “hello” “how are you doing today” “is there anything I can help you find?” Very disappointing! We are going to have some upcoming remodeling projects in the very near future and Lowe’s will not get our business!
