ABHORRENT customer service with installation and delivery rescheduling. A dishwasher was ordered. A dishwasher was delivered. A brand new purchased dishwasher was NOT installed, and then the brand new dishwasher was carted away, leaving a military family with no means of washing dishes - health problems keep us from being able to wash dishes by hand. The last 2 deliveries I have scheduled at Lowes have been completely horrible. The first I will let go because I know in March with the COVID pandemic everything was running late. However, my order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday is not here. You are the next Eagle and Pay n PAC, your amount of employees is a joke, your on line ordering is even a bigger joke. i ordered on line with 2 items still available, but wait for the email to let me know it’s ready. Nope, no email, called the next morning only to be told, Oh, I just found the paper work and, yes, they already sold out. Ordered at 3 pm the day befoe and called at 10 the next day. How you can even keep your doors open is mind blowing to me.
I have been shopping here for convenience, but not anymore... You wait forever for assistance, no one help you load lumber when you get large purchases. Deliveries I get are backed up but the computer doesnt even work to schedule deliveries, was supposed to get 1600$ of lumber and insulation on Wednesday (yesterday), got a call on Tuesday that they cant do it for almost 2 more weeks because the computer and to call a sales manager. The Port Orchard Lowe's is horrible. Can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. Trust me, I've called over 15 times with only two answers in departments that aren't where I'm really trying to get. Piss poor delivery service. I'm so frustrated and about to cancel my order and go elsewhere.

Today I spent 30 minutes waiting in line to check out for the one register that was open, Since I can’t use Mylowes card at the self check out. And they took away 2 of the veteran spots to make “trailer” parking that folks without trailers are parking in. Honestly about to make the drive to a different store if they can’t open more than one register.
Purchased a new washing machine only to have it broken upon arrival. Thought I got it all sorted out with a replacement through the store but it has yet to arrive. Oh and did I forget to mention they never answer the phone there? Update: was informed that the replacement was attempted to be delivered to an unknown address. Now because of this stores lack of accountability and complete disregard for customer service I am left with a broken machine that they have left me and no refund till they can pick it up later this month.
