Poor Customer Service. Wasted a lot of time here looking for items that they said they had in stock but come to find they did not.
This is the first poor review I have ever given any company as I only want to give positive reviews and I have been dealing with Lowes Issaquah for over 3 months regarding a hot water tank and install they provided for me and I still do not have heat or hot water during the coldest months of the year. (Oct-Jan). Their integrity, knowledge base, timely service, customer relations is the worst I have ever experienced any where!!!
I have had a very bad experience with Lowe's. I recently purchased $13,000 worth of windows plus installation. I was promised and paid for primed and milled trim boards. What I got was 2x2 unprimed and water logged cedar. Most of the boards ere in very poor and water logged condition. I contacted customer service and got zip.
