Service was great. I got thel help I needed. One of the workers went above and beyond in helping me find the tool needed to complete the job.
They lost a $756 appliance sale because they wouldn't deliver it 10.2 miles along I-90. The online order system doesn't check delivery areas so it allowed me to place the order without telling me they wouldn't deliver. "No exceptions" said the surly customer rep on the phone. Nothing to do but cancel the order, and never do business with Lowe's again. Flaming mad.
Very bad service. Paid for carpet installation. No one is ever at the Flooring Dept. both visit at store and call no one picks up. Been waiting days for quote after quoting company visit my home.
I feel like every time I come into this store I see plenty of employees talking about their weekend and than working. When I go to look for help there is no one around who can help because "it's not their department." Today was no different only it got even better when the woman checking me out made it seem like she couldn't get me out of the line fast enough after I struggled to find what I was needing because no one offers to help customers. I'm pretty much finished with this store.
Went to Lowes today to pick up a dishwasher. Employee instructs my husband to push on the no exit door. He does and it comes off the track. Customer service agent next to me then makes a comment about people being able to read and that maybe it needs to be in Spanish so people could understand. Excuse me? What does the language have to do with it?
