Went to try and get paint. Store was not busy and it took over 15 minutes to even find someone to help. Seriously understaffed.

I just bought some of your (unfortunately) really crappy cordless Levolor blinds from Lowes last week. Just installed the first one, and it seems that it is nearly impossible to pull these down. I am at least average strengh adult name, and it was extremely difficult to get them to move at all. The blinds practically come out of the mounting brackets, with the force required. And I still can only pull them down part of the way. I am very angry over all of this. How can you stay in business selling such crappy products?

products decent. normal price range! But not sure if it was just this store but I've never had the worst customer service in my life? absolute lack luster no energy nothing's I've ever encountered?
