I wanted to know where the item was that I was looking for and asked an associate who immediately took me to another associate that would - the associate directed me to the aisle and I was very happy - I went past that associate again heading to self checkout and thanked them - I used to work 'retail' so I like to show the kindness and courtesy many do not
Almost every department of the store is very unorganized. Many of the shelves are either empty, has the wrong product in front of the tag, or has a box full of supplies, but none of the supplies in the box are what I supposed to be in there. The electrical and plumbing departments often have no one in them, or one person during a time of day when there needs to be at least two. Most of the employees seem as though they are not working, but just waiting the time until they can clock out.
I literally have no problem with Lowe's. I will say this, the greater needs to be more people friendly, last time I was there, the greeter never opened her mouth. So many unemployed people in the city, they would be greatful to have a job again. Besides that, I never have a problem finding what I'm looking for.
This Lowe's has the worst customer service ever! Extensive training need to be done. The front desk doesn't know how to talk too the customers. I've worked in retail for over 25 years and quality customer service has always been top priority. I've been in other Lowe's but this one is the worst. I will never shop here again! I'm very dissatisfied.
My fiance and I went there to find a part for our shower faucet knob, we previously brought the shower set from there so we already knew what we was looking for, a customer service rep tried to down play my fiance knowledge because she was a female, she is smarter than a lot of men when it comes to DIY home improvements, she already knew how to find the model number for the part, but this guy was determined to make her feel she was wrong, he started off giving her the wrong part, then when we found the actual faucet set we b... read more
I ordered a washer/dryer combo from Lowes and it was delivered today. Unfortunately, the delivery team had no tubes on hand to actually hook it up, despite me confirming that they would in fact be bringing all tubes. Then, they scratched our wood floors. Oh, and the delivery was 2 hours late. #LOWESFAIL
