This is the second time I've placed an order online for in store pick up and I've had to wait more then 30 min when I get there for them to pull it. This is after I've received an email saying it was ready. Every time I'm in there, there are multiple just standing around. If it's not ready to be picked up then why send an email??
I have received several compliments on my Larson Garden View door. I love the door and would highly recommend it. I would not recommend Lowes at Short Pump for their installation, customer service and still waiting for my screen I paid for and someone to correct the terrible installation . This store is a joke. If u don't kiss ass and ur not a brown noser they will think of ways to make ur life miserable. Worst company I have ever worked for. They don't care about u at all. You're just a number to them. The management in this store sucks.
Went to Lowes to purchase crates for my charity. Getting ready for our medical trip to provide surgeries to underserved people in Belize and Africa. Crate severely damaged and so I asked to speak with mgr to see if I could have it at a discount for charity. I was told that Shelly was the mgr on today, she is too busy to talk to me. Thanks Shelly and Lowes. Way to show zero support and commitment to the community and giving back. You didn't have to provide a discount but you could have take 30 seconds to talk with me.
If you like waiting in line or standing around while employees text on their cellphones this is the place for you. Minimum wage attitudes and the corporate spirit of "quality and service for less". Pleasants would be a better choice.
