This by far is the worst Lowe's in which I have ever attempted to shop. I say attempted because I went in searching for a particular lightbulb and requested assistance locating it after I had looked for 15 minutes with no success. I was told to go stand on an aisle and someone would be there to assist me. Well another 15 to 20 minutes later, there was no one there to help. A store full of employees, yet no one can seem to help the potential customers.

While I’m typically happy with Lowe’s I experienced the worst customer service today and I’m leaving very disappointed. I tried to find the manager in the store and call to reach the manger on the phone and was not able to speak to the manager either way. My shopping experience was a complete debacle.

We purchased the extended warranty on our refrigerator. The fridge broke and when it came time to file a claim the process was a nightmare. We did not have a fridge for three weeks. Lowes also claims to cover food loss if the fridge breaks. Six weeks later this process still is not complete. I have called three times and have been left on hold for an hour each time. Do not ever shop at Lowe's. My husband has been lied to multiple times by Lowe's and by their cooperate office. Our issues date back to July 22nd and issues haven't been solved. A "market director" was suppose to reach out to us in 24 hours then a "regional manager" once we never received a call...here we are One month later and 5 calls later and two refrigerators later and Lowe's can still not get it back. We ordered appliances 5 weeks ago. No delivery yet. Neither the Lowes store nor customer service have any idea where the items are. We get an automated call each evening saying delivery is coming the next day. That then requires an hour of phone calls to figure out if something is actually coming. Come on, this is 2017.

I recently purchased a dishwasher and kitchen faucet. One was sold to me with incorrect facts about the product and one was damaged and had major installation issues. I dealt with Brandon the store manager for one and Mathew the asst store manager for the other. Both of these managers went above and beyond to solve my issues provide me the correct and non damaged items at a discounted price for my trouble I experienced. Excellent excellent customer service!!
