Major rip off. Took 1 month to ship a whirlpool fridge. After 1 month it broke. Lowe’s said “sorry we only help within a month of purchase”. Thanks for nothing Lowe’s.

After spending $2000 on a new washer and drier, and 3 days talking with customer service (at least 10 phone calls) and the delivery company, I canceled my order and bought the appliances through Home Depot. Representatives gave the wrong information over and over again, and would disconnect the call when they didn't know what to say. I ordered 4 appliances for home delivery in the middle of March and have yet to receive half of them. Our customer service experience was extremely poor from start to finish. I am a professional person and understand at times there can be challenges however none of our experience was smooth. Honestly, the only word I can use for it is atrocious. Service was extremely slow. After Check out had to wait almost an hour for employee to help to get materials on truck(wasted almost an hour on truck rental).
The only place I can get any assistance is the paint aisle. Everyone else is too busy talking to each other or assisting male customers.
Was there today waited a half an hour after pushing the help button in the Tool World twice and calling customer service 2x once talking to the store manager. I was trying to buy a nail gun and a compressor. I could pick up and put the 40 lbs compressor in my cart but for some reason there was not a single nail gun on the shelf. I figured on a slow Sunday morning this would be a easy task clearly not. Taking my tool buying to Amazon from here forward. The rest of my home needs will go to Home Depot or local lumber yard.
It's well organized and staff are helpful. They have a good selection of items.
