You folks have to have the worst customer service . I have a question about a simple return because I picked up the wrong color appliance and no longer have the box. It was my intention to purchase a Frigidaire mini fridge silver and when I got home the Frigidaire was black stainless steel. I ordered appliances on 2/6. JUST received my first one today, and the delivery guy said I had to sign off on him rigging up my stove. Still no dishwasher. I want a very, very, big credit or I will spread this all over social media. I will never shop here again unless you make this right. Now. Unacceptable given how much money I spent for appliances and installation.
There is a telephone issue going on at 1849, if you are trying to call the lines will drop and you will be disconnected. They are not hanging up on you. It is an issue they are working to resolve. Please keep that in mind before trying to call.

I got Lowe's to install a fence around a property I own, and I am sorry I did. The process took 3.5 months, for a 37-foot fence, and I had to intervene at every stage to keep things going. Lowe's also ordered the wrong materials, causing further delay, and refused to kick back any of my money unless I agreed to sign an outrageous release form. Also, the store managers, Randolph and Mylynn, never return calls. Save your effort and get a real contractor to do whatever work you need.
The entire experience was good, customer satisfaction was definitely the mission
