Bad experience that was not due to Store Personnel a computer problem cost me a half a day to get a pricing problem straightened out on a new Lawn Mower. Store Personnel at Customer service were excellent and very apologetic for mistake.
It's a very nice store. Employees were helpful. I just hope it stays that way. We live in HOPE Mills and we go to Lowes on Middling Dr.
