Went to Lowe’s yesterday and hope meals bought a couple things this nice lady Miss Jennifer without being asked came over and started helping me load the truck I’m in the customer service industry and she demonstrated the true meaning of great customer service definitely five stars thank you again
I like thisLOWES cuz I don’t have to going in Skibo traffic but this ppl here are so lazy, no greeting, rude etc.
Worse service waited over hr for an internet order that was ready at 3:pm every time I shop there always a problem product delivery’s etc I will never shop here again!!! I’ll drive to Raleigh first
I went in to purchase spray paint. Due to the excellent customer service from Ramon I ended up buying a chandelier. My coworker also was in the store earlier before me and loved the customer service given by Ramon and purchased some items. Great job Ramon!!
The people in this store are always so friendly every time we go in this store.
Impossible to check out. The self checkouts, one hasn't worked in forever and the other only accepts cards....then they only have one full service register open. I the meantime there are three employees at the return desk staring at the long checkout line. Horrible experience....
Went to store looking for a product. 11 associates walked by and did not even make eye contact. Finally asked a female in hardware and she sent me across store and the item was not in aisle or even related to products in aisle. BTW the person misfiring me I had to approach. I spoke to a zone manager politely telling them I needed help. On the way out I stopped at customer service who graciously called for a zone manager who came up front very quickly.
