RecommendedI love this Lowe’s! It’s the best! I shop here often because it’s near my home. However, I would drive to this one even if I lived farther away. Right now, I have a fractured ankle. One of the salespersons drove the motorized cart to my car for my husband. We really appreciated that. Another person helped my husband pull soil. I’ve always found the workers in this store helpful. Not happy at all, I ordered a washer and dryer set on June 30 both washer and dryer were to be delivered in two weeks July 14 to be exact, I have not received a phone call to confirm my delivery, so I decided to call them. This is where it gets fun, so the dryer will be delivered on the day that it was said to be delivered on, however on July 2nd they chose to cancel my washer order, because they didn’t have any in stock. Lowe’s in other locations have been good. The Hope Mills location has terrible customer service, worse delivery, and they do not follow up with warranty issues. We bought washer/dryer, washer, refrigerator, mini fridge, hot water heater from this location. Hot water heater has mediocre hot water. We informed them, they passed the buck to the installer. They never returned our calls. Buy from Home Depot or anywhere else.
Never had a bad experience at this location till recently. The last 3 times I've gone into this location, the employees are unwilling to help customers, rude to customers, and the store itself is filthy.
Staff was extremely rude when asked questions. Especially the garden center & customer service. I’ll drive up to Home Depot, Green side up or bell seed before going back to Lowe’s. Awful service!!!!!
It's amazing how no employees want to do their job after my husband presses the help button twice, but as soon as he climbs the ladder to get what he needs (yes, we're aware it's a liability issue), around 13 employees start hollering and come running. Where were they when he needed help? And then, one of the employees had to audacity to make a remark (loud enough for my husband to hear), "I think he's on drugs. He's sweating and twitching." Employees are incredibly rude The first time my husband was simply asking what a certain weed eater comes with and if there were more Lady snaps at him I don’t know not my department look right there Will not be back
I placed a lumber order, it’s been two days and it hasn’t been fulfilled. I will not he ordering from your store ever again.
Horrible customer service. After spending a patient 30 minutes on hold; was advised they "we're to busy to assist me on the phone". Then hung up. I was merely trying to check status of a in-store pick up I had ordered in the morning and it was now dinner time. Tried to call back using 3 phones at the same time. Two were hung up in but the 3rd was answered. The individual who addressed herself as the manager giggled under her breath while I explained the issues I was having with obtaining status.
