I LIKE THE STORE BUT..NOT GOOD SEEING PEOPLE BRING THEIR DOGS N PEEING ON FLOOR & THEY JUST WALK OFF...LEAVE YOUR PETS HOME UNLESS IT'S A SERVICE DOG WITH IT'S WORKING VEST ON...DON'T NEED THE NEW LOWE'S SMELLING LIKE A KENNEL..

Went to get bed slats yesterday evening. The young man working in lumber asked me what I needed and took off. He would come back by every 4-5 minutes and say he would take care of me. After waiting 25 minutes he finally came back and went to help another team member with his customer. I was so frustrated that I ended up leaving. This fella gave me the impression that he was avoiding me because he didn't know what he was doing.
First and last time for me. All I got from several employees was " I'm sorry" and I left empty handed. Off to Home Depot.
