Bravo, Lowe's. Previously you took an online order of two chain link fence top posts with a tapered end and turned it into two shorter poles with no taper. Then you sent a replacement on a truck, took the two wrong ones, and left one of the right ones. Then had to come back out, after much arguing, to deliver the other. Tonight though might have taken the cake. I ordered five 7' t-posts and a 24" plastic pet gate. You gave me five 6' t-posts that, luckily, I noticed before I left and had you replace. Don't go to Lowes, they have nothing that Home Depot doesn't have. I have called the customer service number. I have talked to the store manager at this store on MLK in Fayetteville. Embarrassing. I have worked retail my entire working career and I have NEVER treated one customer the way I was treated.
