Their customer service has gone downhill. In the last two weeks I have had 2 employees turn around & walk away. I had more questions, but they had no interest in helping out a customer. The one today wasn’t busy, he was sitting there talking to other employees. Ace Hardware & Amazon get my business from now on.
Absolutely pitiful. Called and asked for someone in glass. Received Jeff. Asked if they had 1/8th inch glass was told yes, then I asked if they could accurately cut it and his response " we aren't space engineers".. well you would think with a smart asz response he should be smart enough to measure or read. NOT... we drove 30 minutes in a gas guzzling truck to get the 1/8th inch glass and trim needed to only find they do not stock it. The thickest was 3mm which is about 1/10th of an inch not an 1/8th of an inch... this is wh... read more

Very rude. Your employees need to learn some customer service. Just because you don’t work in a certain department doesn’t mean you have to walk away when someone is trying to ask a simple question as to if you have more of an item in the back. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disrespected there. #trainyouremployessbetter
Extremely great customer service again & again. Thomas was a great help tonight getting our LED tree on again!!!
There in never any one to help you. Even if you ask, you have to wait a long time. Usually only one check out open while plenty of other workers sweep around you. Also their life time warranty is a joke. Do not go to the one in Fayetteville on MLK.
