Okay all of my face book friends. Please help me solve a big problem. I bought a new French door LG refrigerator the very last of June at Lowes. I just LOVED it. Not any more. This Tuesday it will be two weeks since it stopped working and no one will do anything. Lowes says it is LG fault. LG said they will get to it some time. Lowes did say they would give me a loaner. Had to go to plumbing for a project on my well pump. Being my own fault Jihad to make a trip Friday evening and Saturday as well. Both times the sales people were very friendly and very helpful. This has been my favorite Lowe's location for many years and will remain my favorite location.
Not enough employees, when we found someone to ask for help they had no clue and acted put out that we asked them for help. They didn't have any 3" pvc as my husband bought the last piece a month ago! We went to Home Depot, they had the right pvc and their customer service was fantastic!

Got our live Christmas tree here for the third year in a row! Great service each time. This time was particularly nice. We went in looking for the perfect tree (found it!) and had two nice men come help cut it. They even made sure to ask just how much we wanted cut as they did it, roped it up very nicely. As they were cutting we asked what they do with scraps and they offered that we take them and gave ideas for DIY projects around the house. As a college student, this was a great experience.
