Don't try calling about an order, tried 3 times on 10/24/22 and was hung up on each time. 1st lady tried to transfer, placed me on hold and hung up, 2nd same lady told me she couldn't leave her desk and tried to transfer, again hung up. 3rd i asked her to use intercom to have some one come to her and talk to me, again she said she cant use intercom while she is on the phone, put me on hold and hung up. They deliver used merchandise to customers acting like it’s new. My sister & brother in law got an A/C unit delivered to them that was used and didn’t work. Finally after several calls and arguments Lowes brought them a different one. Several months later they order a Refrigerator online and have it delivered. The refrigerator wouldn’t cool. So they call the Lowes on MLk where it said it was delivered from. They claim it wasn’t from them that it came from the one on Zion. My … See more
Horrible experience tonight. Treats customers like criminals, and doesn’t care about customer service. I work with customer escalations on a daily basis and you certainly don’t make a customer feel that they aren’t appreciated or valued. They are the reason your are getting paid.
RecommendedI was at Lowe’s on MLK this morning. There is a sign at the door saying masks are required but inside the store it is not being enforced. About half the people do not have masks on. I really wish that staff would tell people without masks that they can’t come in. It would make it safer for everyone.

Friendly, helpful employees! I appreciate the steps they are taking to help keep us safe - employees with masks and the sanitation station when you enter.
I have never had more RUDE people in my life in one Lowe’s.... I had to go back out to car for light bulb we needed .... I walked out the wrong door and this old lady lights my bottom up for going out the wrong door. Not even 10 mins later my brother in law was looking for a trash cans for his room and couldn’t reach and just hopped up and grabbed one and another employee Jumps on him like he is two and could not have been more rude about it. I will never go there again .... ever ever ever....

Managers: please give big hugs to the three ladies working in the garden center at Lowe's, Martin Luther King, Fayetteville, Arkansas. I left my wallet in the cart and drove off. When I finally realized what I had done, I drove back and my wallet was safe and sound. My $300.00 and 2 credit cards were still in there.
