Tried to order a door, employee was helpful, but not fully trained, I must return on Monday to complete the sale. Very frustrating.
Spent the last four hours waiting for a delivery from Lowe's. Now the manager at the store says another 40 minutes. Thank goodness there are other options.
I went to this Lowe's today to get spray paint. While standing there looking at the paint, an employee comes up to the section next to me and lays cardboard pieces over paint cans and starts painting the shelves that the paints are sitting on. Really?????!!!! Besides the fact that I am having to breathe paint fumes, I cannot see; nor do I have access to all of the paints. Unbelievable!!! Needless to say, I left before finding all the paint I wanted/needed. Guess I will go to Home Depot.
Worst customer service ever! Ordered a carpet shampooer on 6/25 in store. First they ordered the wrong 1 and now they can't even find an order for the right 1 that was supposed to be ordered last week. Should have just went to home depot to buy it and the washer!
