Used to love this place...but down...down ....down it goes. Almost completely due to one particular manager. Have called the store several times to get an issue resolved....been put on hold for over 20...30 minutes...been told they would call back but i never hear from anybody in 3....4....5....6 weeks. I call back, they take my number and never call back. This has gone on for months. I finally replaced the item i was having issues with and decided never to buy anything here again.
