The parking lot at the Topeka location runs down hill at a steep angle. They have a major issue with runaway buggies and they throw their hands up and say sorry...in fact not just sorry but sorry this happens all the time. Don’t park at the bottom of the lot....the carts get a lot of extra speed!
Thank you for your consistently poor customer service, poor attitudes and excruciating wait times for assistance. I can always count on your store for consistency.
