Asked 2 associates to find a seasonal item for me. One said they couldn't find it. The other one told me to just order it online. I did order it online to pick up and it took another associate who's job it is to find products for online pick up 40 minutes to find. I could have just ordered it online and had it delivered to my house for less hassle. No wonder so many stores are closing in Topeka, who wants to deal with laziness when it's just easier to do it yourself?!
I love this store. Have always had great customer service.
Is it true that Lowe's no longer give a discount to those who served in our military? If so, that's a slap in the face to all those men and women. Shame on you! There are other big box stores that sell the items you do.
I was in there yesterday and will never go back. I couldn't get anyone to help me load my car with the landscape stuff I needed and the cashiers were to busy talking to each other to even speak to me as I checked out with only the things I could load myself. The only thing the cashier said to me was when she told me my total. Not even a thank you.
The salespeople who worked with us on doors and windows are great. Their delivery system and management are incompetent and not interested in improving the process. Daniel the manager told me, "I've been on many deliveries and they almost never going according to plan." Well, guess it's time to figure out the problem and fix it.
The worst customer service. I used to go here daily for my work and loved to people. I’ve moved and was back and the customer service was so bad the VA would be jealous. Lucky for me there’s a Menards next door.
It took 50 minutes from the time on the receipt to get a forklift to get two bundles of fence boards. This is not the longest I have had to wait here. This is a joke.
A closed section with a associate helping another customer and I'm asked to leave??? Should have asked if I needed help! Off to Menard's...Merry Christmas!
We have been trying since February 2nd to get our carpet installed. Upon finally getting someone to order it they arrived on March 3rd and to this day it's not finished. I have been in the store and talked to multiple people. I am always told the same thing "we can't help you but someone will call you tomorrow". Last night I finally talked to a service manager who told me they would call me today with a resolution". Today I got a message from him "Someone from installation will call you".
