They reshelve product thats already been used. Bought a container of Tec White tile adhesive and when i get home, its only 3 quarters full and had a dillons bag in it. is it not customary to check product when its returned?

4 trips.... Brought 4 month old mower back as the key pin fell out and blade flew off. No manager... Just wanted to switch out for another, waited over an hour. Also ordered tool boxes and came to pick up at same time, not ready they said after getting email that said they were. Was told to pull them off of like to... No problem. Had no problem doing it myself. However they were on tip shelf. Found one guy who said he needed a bigger lift and couldn't do it. Go find the guy in tools, he said he couldn't do it. first time ever ordering from lowes and my item was suppose to be DELIVERED June 4th meaning it should have been in store before then so lowes could bring it to me. I called on the 4th to find out what was going on.. Then to only find out its soonest arrival time is the 27th 😳😳😳 but I can go online right now and order the exact same thing and it'll be here on the 18th??? interesting... lowes tells me their delivery service is even scheduled out further than that. so if I want to get it the 27th then I'm going to have let ... read more

Spent a lot of money on 5 replacement windows in May. In Aug they showed up to install them(new it would take this long). Only had 3 windows that would fit. Whomever was in charge of ordering our windows messed up order. Was told it would be 3 weeks to get them reordered and installed. That was 5 weeks ago. After days of trying to get a hold of anyone finally found out our other windows won’t be here till mid October now. �. Worst part is they make you pay in full up front. Won’t get the rest of our windows through them.

I bought a new lawn mower in August & it's guaranteed for 30 days. it quit today & it's been 38 days. Now you just know they aren't going to do anything about this. 8 days!!! I am done with Lowes!!! Over $300!!! I called & got the run around.

It is now 6:30 pm. I have been waiting since 11:00 am for the delivery of my refrigerator that was to occur in 1 hr. I have been lied to 3 times, just had the delivery driver call and get nasty with me and told me it would be 10:00 Pm before it would be delivered. Been w/o a fridge since Monday. because the manager declined an emergency delivery. I just called and cancelled my purchase. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM LOWE'S AGAIN! Will also tell everyone I see about this experience

I was on an emergency shopping trip at Lowe’s yesterday afternoon. (New fridge will be delivered tomorrow.) While I was there, there was a lost child. A coded announcement was made. All doors were locked and manned. Employees went throughout the store, calling her name. I was so impressed by the many employees who came to the appliance area, opening every door on every appliance. She was finally found, hiding in a nook in the carpet area. Everyone had been focused on finding her.
