No one on the phone has a clue! Transferred between 3 different people for a simple installation request, and then left on hold for 20 minutes.
Shame on Lowes for not wanting to honor my husbands veterans id....smh
I give it a 1 star rating, only because im not able to give it a ZERO! We stood there for about 45minutes tonight waiting for help in the plumbing isle. even after pressing the help button. Plenty of employees walking around, but no one seems interested enough or able to help. Sorry lowes, you've lost a customer to home depot!!
The employees are very rude. Don't bother wasting your time and money here. Go to Home Depot.
Hands down the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've been waiting for over a week for a cabinet delivery, got 2 calls telling me everything was in stock and that I'd get a call confirming delivery time. First delivery never happened. Second attempted delivery is alleged to happen today, but not a peep from Lowe's.
The Frigidaire Galaxy Refrigerator is garbage! My mother purchased one from Lowes in Woolbridge in August and it's now December and the generator Compressor went bad on it . They don't want to replace it or fix it ,eventhough It as insurance by manufacture of one year and a three-year insurance through the credit card and don't get me started on the customer service people. I explain to them that she's an 84-year-old woman that needs to keep her food fresh so she can feed her self and Now she has no refrigerator.
