Currently have the absolutely worse customer service experience going on after purchasing a Frigidaire Refrigerator from Lowe's in September of last year. After spending $1,800.00 on the refrigerator and extended warranty and waiting over a week to take delivery, the gasket inside of the refrigerator and freezer were already peeling. Employees are incompetent. There is not a bit of customer service; they either ignored us or didn’t know the answer and didn’t offer to find someone who might. Was told no managers on sundays. And employees all wearing masks around chins
Thieves and incompetent! Take your money, don't deliver products and find all kinds of reasons and excuses about thier lack of good business! Will be complaining to BBB!
Beware of buying any appliances from Lowe’s in Woodbridge New Jersey. We bought a dishwasher and it was installed last week. I tried to use the dishwasher and it’s not draining the way it should, instead I had a flood in my kitchen. I called Lowe’s they have put me on hold for more then 30 minutes (i screen shot my phone to have proof) I call again finally I was able to speak with someone who told me she will put the Manager on the phone, I was placed on hold waiting for the manger to come on after more then 15 minutes the p... read more

After waiting 2 weeks for my order 423719500 to arrive, Lowes tell me part of the order isn't available. After spending an entire day on hold and with several so called customer service representitives (Jason, D'Andre, Chris) im told the rest of my order will come in today between 630p-830p. its 8:25p and im on hold with XPO because my order isn't coming in... They lied to me and told me to get me off the phone. My first Lowes experience and its a nightmare...
Supposed to have a delivery of washer and dryer tomorrow. It is now 7:20 pm and still no call to tell me when they are coming. I tried calling the store at least a dozen times and after holding they hang up every time. I took off work for this delivery. If I don’t hear tonight I am going to cancel my order and go elsewhere. Terrible customer service!
They let people walk around without a mask or improper wearing of mask. I saw both scenarios in my latest visit today. Not a single person said anything to these people!
