Waited over an hour and the manager never came out to see me .
I placed this order on 11/25/2017 for cooking gas range and they scheduled it 2 times to be delivered,installed on (12/02, 12/05). No one showed up and there is no proper response from anyone in the store. I am really frustrated and I am experiencing a very bad customer service here.This is regarding Order#: 352955689
I was over charged for a shed by $600.00. When customer service "fixed" it they charged me yet again. After 24 hrs and many calls later, one charge was fixed but not the original over charge of $600.00. Hey Lowes I'd like my $ back. How does this happen?
Trying to get my bathroom vanity repaired. Has flaw and have being trying for 7 months to get it fixed.
Worst experience ever! The installers they set me up with were horrible, which the install itself took forever to finally happen. On top of that they didn't bring a toilet seat and removed some of the tile on my floor when removing the toilet! After all was said and done the only helpful person was Helen. However, it was out of her hands and the so called managers don't know what they are doing. Never going back there again once I get the rest of my compensation.
Worst installation of a washer and dryer ever! Somebody better call me soon or heads are gonna roll.
