Very poor customer service! Ordered an electric stove several weeks ago, and just found out it was in the store--ONE problem...Debby drove 150 miles to her condo last Wednesday, when it was SUPPOSED to be delivered...All this after spending HOURS trying to get information from the crew at Lowe's.
I came in to buy a couple items around 7pm yesterday. The only checkout lane that was open was self checkout. There was a line of about 10 people. Out of the 2 self checkout lanes that were open, 1 didn't work. There was a man in front of me literally lifting a door to try and scan the bar code on the door. I will not be back. I found a great item, at a great price. I asked to buy it. I was told that’s not available anymore! Why would you display an item not for sale!!! So wrong. Wish I could post a picture. I cut up my Lowe’s card. I’m off to Home Depot.
Friendly service but not a lot of people to help!
Customer service is terrible. I ordered something to be picked up in store today. When I called the store I was told it’ll be in at end of day tomorrow. No emails. No updates on the order tracker and no apology from the store. When I told the lady that this was a fail on the part of Lowe’s her response was “thank you, goodbye”.
