Recommendedbeen shopping for fridge. mostly they don't available or back order of what I want. went Lowe's . look around found what I like. Lowe sale representative was there to help me I show what I like. she said have available in back room and it delivered on Monday. I was only there for 15 minutes. so far I been shopping at Lowe I don't have any issues.
Last weekend my husband and I purchased 3 samples of paint for the exterior of our house. After selecting which color we liked best he went back and purchased 10 gallons. That same evening we started painting. Immediately I could tell something was wrong - the color was not a match to the sample we received. Been trying to resolve an issue at Lowe’s Hillsboro for well over a week. Customer service has been horrendous, probably worst I’ve ever experienced. Bullying, intimidation, lying, inaccurate product information, pricing and advice. So angry and frustrated at their complete lack of concern for their customers. I am beyond frustrated. Been trying to resolve an issue at Lowe’s Hillsboro for well over a week. Customer service has been horrendous, including lying and intimidation. I would recommend Home Depot for any home improvement project large or small.
By actually delivering products ordered. I know you are swamped, but your customer service is horrific. Almost a month out and no information regarding an order. I have spent hours trying to get through on the phone just for a simple update. No response. I will never buy anything from Lowe's ever again. I am going to contact my credit card next to dispute the charge because that seems the only way to cancel my order so I can order my item from another company.
Went in to return a defective Kobalt battery. Service desk said since it is more than 90 days old, I need to deal with Kobalt. Called Kobalt, they are sending me back to the store... I called the store, waited 30 minutes on hold and their menus and never spoke with a person. Does Lowe's believe in service to the customer anymore?
For the Store Mgr Grace Murillo and one of Service Desk personal. A sign for Return's would be helpful other a sign for Service Desk on a orange cone on the floor,your line to wait has no Social Distancing 6ft markers only on the check out registor's.We All are doing our part . Also all the returns on the carts can be a safety issue blocking the area.
