I’m very disappointed in the lack of return phone calls from their management team. I have been calling and emailing since the middle of October regarding a situation and their management team has failed to return a single call or email. During the remodel of my home in 2012, we purchased Solid Surface kitchen countertops from Lowes in Hillsboro, OR. These countertops had a life time warrantee. They were expensive. Lowes sold them to us and had them installed. Last summer I noticed a crack in the corner of the countertop. I called Lowes the first or second week of March to get it repaired.
