This store has the worst customer service not to mention so unprofessional. They make promises they don't even expect to keep which to me is the same as lies. Do not bother even trying to deal with them on any level. I even asked to speak to a store manager which by the way was like trying to talk with the pope. He too blew us off and again more empty promises. Don't stop at lowes, go straight to Home Depot.
This place used to be great. The past couple of years it's gone down. The new management doesn't seem to know how to manage. The sales floor is always empty during peak times and an open register is hard to find. Don't get me started on the bathrooms. They are always disgusting. You get over powered by the "clean" smell but nothing is clean. Who ever is cleaning needs to be fired. As well as the manager.
I guess that Lowes really went down hill. I have my house measured 8 days ago and they never called me to schedule a day to install tile. The guy that measured said they would call me in 1 - 2 days. That was 8 days ago. Time to go to HOME DEPOT.
