I agree with most of the comments I've read thus far. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I am in a living nightmare trying to get my refrigerator or my money back. I can't seem to accomplish either. Absolutely no one has done a thing to try and resolve my problem including contacting a corporate number. Please Please Please spare yourselves an enormous amount of undue stress and purchase nothing that has to be ordered from this store!!!
I contracted with Lowes on 5-5-18 for a new GAF Timberline Roof with a lifetime warranty. Lowe's never went on the roof, they used a drone to take pictures of it. The roof has not passed inspection. Lowes contractor installed some GAF Timberline and the remainder a rolled paper roofing material with a limited warranty. The county inspector came out today [1-3-19]and informed us the roof does not meet Florida Building Code. So, the Timberline Roof that I contracted for does not comply with Florida Building Code. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER .THEIR DELIVERY IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN
Have had Horrible experience with Lowe’s - Pete Thompson - Melissa (manager?) - and Harry Snell (project specialist) —- they have had our $20k for Months but nothing done right!! Windows sent back twice for ‘bad glass??’ And front door sent back twice because ‘wrong’ —- have gone there physically 4 times!!! No one will call us back or answer their phones!!!!! The Lowe’s in Bradenton was awesome which is why we went to Lowe’s here——Never Again! Horrible service—Horrible customer service—they have our Money!!!!!!!🤮🤬😤
Had appointment scheduled in the kitchen design center for 7pm got there at 6:45 and was told the designer had asked to leave early and manager acted like it was no big deal. No one else to help. This was after my wife and I took off work early to make the appointment. Will never shop at that store again and maybe Lowe’s all together

The quality of their products.
Ordered one of several advertised appliance packages (and paid for), very early June. maybe even a bit earlier... anyway, won't get till almost mid July.... What??? Advertised packages, they don't have merchandise on hand to support their ads? I'm very unhappy and frustrated with them.😧
Do not order flooring here. Rude can't get to a real manage. 6 months still waiting for completion of job. They make every excuse for forgetting to order, not sending enough product and it all starts again.
