Better than the other place. However we live on a sailboat and so much of the things in stock just don't apply to us! The stores good though.
Bought a replacement screen door for$228 for an additional)259 they would install it, I would install all day for half the price.
Went to ask an employee(?name) to price check an item. Another employee named Winona walked up to us while we were being helped and said "he'll be with you in a minute" then she started asking the first employee questions like we weren't even there. Thankfully he made her still wait until he was done with us. After all that we were walking away and she came up behind us and said "I need to get around you". She was pretty gutsy and I couldn't believe it.
I returned my $400 mower to Lowe's for warranty repair, and they lost it. Out of the kindness of their hearts, they offered me $100 toward a new one.
I would like to Thank the older gentleman in the Electrical Department for actually knowing his job and department. We ended driving 2 1/2 hours to his store because our local store that is a 1 1/2 hours away from my home lied to us about the available product and once we arrived there to be disappointed we received no help from management. So long story short we drove the extra hour drive and received Awesome Customer Service at this location. BAIT and SWITCH, advertise one price for paint at $24.33 and at register for 5 gallons and rings up at $143. Manager says it's the same paint t but different??? What did he say? That don't make sense I said. He said it again. I said I can't pay this price I came in for the deal. Too bad. So he wasted 4 5 gallon s of paint... when I even asked the paint person before they mixed it. What a rip off in Port Charlotte Florida BAIT AND SWITCH
