worst customer service...purchased stove and refrigerator and lied to about availability and delivery. never received stove because there were none when I purchased and after many delivery changes refrigerator was delivered scracthed up and door so hard to open that it pulls away from wall!! nobody at the Port Charlotte store could help me it is a circus there. Found exactly what I wanted.
This store is the worst Lowe’s I have ever dealt with! No customer service at all, was delivered a damage stove and when I called I was hung up on 3 time at least! I have spoke to 3 different “managers” beyond me how they stay in business.
Do not deal with this store, they do not help you. Have had a complaint with our new screen door, contacted them Dec. 4th and to date, now end of January and they still haven't taken care of it. POOR PUBLIC RELATIONS
How are you able to sell something with a pick up date of 1/8/20 and yet never bother to call the customer to tell them you are not getting them in. Instead I have called 3 times and was told they are still on order and should be here next week. So you sell stuff with no intent of producing the item or contacting the customers and at least updating them that the item is not available anymore. VERY UN HAPPY CUSTOMER...
I purchased a washer from this Lowe’s location. I paid extra for installation and to have my old washer hauled away. I was advised that I would receive a call advising me as to when the washer would be delivered with a 3 hour window. On the date of the delivery no phone call was received, my old washer was not removed from my house and the new washer was left outside. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable
Me and my partner found all the plants we needed and more!!!! On top of that the employees were incredibly friendly, we even got to chat with this lovely employee Janet!!! She made our trip extra special! We will be back again, even if it’s just to talk to Janet about plants!!!!
