I actually have reviewed this store a couple times on my personal page.....it's rare there are any lumber carts inside the actual store. Or even next to the contractor entrance outside the building... it's become a running joke with one of the employees whenever I come in... inventory is pretty awful too not sure what's going on but somebody somewhere in management has checked out and it shows.
I don't typically write reviews; however, I have had such an amazing experience with some select individuals at this location that I wanted everyone to know what spectacular customer service this location provides. My husband and I are putting in new flooring, new french doors and a new front door/storm door. Across these three projects we've had three individuals help us and they have all been phenomenal.
