By far the most racist and discriminatory place I have ever experienced. Lynn who was a cashier was at the front of all this . Managers were no help, all giving me different answers. No choice but to leave everything and take my kids away from the situation that they should not witness. Such a shame, management must retake a customer service course
Employee Lynn was very rude and order me to hand over my energy drink as if I was going to steal it while having multiple items in my cart and not being done with shopping I just completed 11 hours of helping senior citizens in the Carrollton tx community with free handy man services I was on my last plumbing job for an elderly lady and her daughters so I was tired and hot and that little energy drink was all I quenched for so I gave it another chance and we walked up to her register and she greeted the first customer great ... read more
Not professional...sent a delivery guy to my home who tested positive for Covid 19. And the management team will not return calls...waiting on corporate to call me still. Please dont shop there...the same employee was still working the day after they originally notified me of this. Manager Todd says he would send me an email referencing this conversation, never did.
Friendly and helpful associates. Closer to home and a Walmart next door.
Always good place to me. People complain way too much. As if they were Kong’s n queens of London. So I just sit back n laugh �
This place has the worse customer service possible. There was only 2 people who could help with fence material and both were helping with 1 person then had another person in front of us. We just needed to ask a quick question finally had to step in and ask then the guy helped us some wait like he was on a hurry. He said the part would be outdoor in the fence area.
