Refused to help me when I asked for help. Can't call manager because voicemail says store closed....even though not closing time. And see the other 1 rated comments. Store sucks and management too inept to do anything about it.
Lowe’s claims they give Veterans a Discount. Every time I go in I am told my status has not been verified. I am sent to the Service Desk to confirm my status. It takes about 10 minutes to go through everything. Then I am told I’m in the system and all I have to do is give them my phone number. Well that has happened 3 times and I’m still not verified. Go to the carrollton location to buy a sliding glass door. Ask how much it would cost to install. He gets me set up with an appointment to measure the door (which I already had measured) for $50, but is included back into the installation and adds that since my house was built before a certain time that they will also need to lead test the paint ($16 extra) A week later a kid comes out and measures the door confirming I know how to read a tape measure.
