VERY disappointed in the customer service at this location. We purchased, less than six months ago, a small freezer. It stopped operating about a week ago - of course we found this out when the stench of spoiled carcass filled our garage. When we tried, just this evening, to return the cleaned out unit, the manager, who couldn't move his butt from his office, declined to return and replace our $200 unit. He refused to even had a conversation with us, though we've purchased over $10k of goods and services over the past year. ... read more
