Fantastically huge garden department! Plants are well-cared for and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Great place to shop for home improvements and decor. I’m here almost every week!

Ordered install service for several thousand dollars from this store and over two months later with several calls without help from the store (including to store management and Lowe's corporate)--still waiting for the job to be completed. Lowe's ordered the wrong parts as well, so now my new house is still not ready. Will never use Lowe's again for any kind of service, always use a real contractor so your job doesn't take several months without anything being done.
Visit didn't start out great but David one of the mangers went above and beyond to make us happy.
Terrible customer service. Manager is rude and uncooperative. He refused to honor a sale price.
Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Wood flooring installation has been ongoing since March and is yet to be completed, it's NOVEMBER. Run away from here. This is the first and last time I'll EVER use Lowe's for any home projects!!! Thumbs down. ��
Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Just waited for 40 minutes to return 3 small items. Then had to wait in line to check out because only 1 register. Worst store ever. Management needs to clean house.
