A new refrigerator was delivered to my home today. There was a miscommunication in delivery about switching the door opening. So, the techs had to change it on the spot (they seemed turned off by doing this). When it was all said & done, they left me with a fridge totally smudged w/ finger prints. They told me to "get some cleaner & wipe left to right to clean." So, I called the manager at the Preston location, Zac who told me that he would give me a bottle of cleaner if I would drive there to pick it up. UGH! Who purchases ... read more

Purchased a John Deere riding mower E100 on June 21 from the Owasso Ok Location. Had it delivered. First mower didn’t start so they took back. Second mower the deck was not level and was told the blade is a inch off. Called Lowe’s Owasso, person told me it’s not their responsibility and to call the local John Deere to have them fix and will be covered by warranty. Called JD and said they can not covered. Called Lowe’s and because it was 5 days after the 30 day return period I couldn’t return nor would they replace. So now on... read more
