DO NOT use Lowe's Installation service. Bought some beautiful vinyl flooring for our master bathroom from Lowe's and they offered a special on the installation. They brought in a contractor from Cary who decided (unknown to us) to NOT install a new wax ring when he repositioned the toilet. Discovered a huge mess and rotted subfloor later, but Lowe's will not remedy because we discovered the negligence too late (after their "warranty" period). Thanks, Lowe's!

HOME DEPOT PLEASE COME BACK TO ROCKY MOUNT! Note to the Management team @ Lowes of Rocky Mount.....When you get down to a half of a trailer or even a quarter trailer of pine straw left during PEAK PLANTING SEASON you might want to pick up the phone and order another trailer of the stuff....Poor MANAGEMENT when you RUN OUT! You know it's not like it's a case of 12 or 24 items on a shelf in the store.....It's a WHILE FREAKING SEMI-TRUCK TRAILER LOAD OF PINE STRAW!!!!!!!!
