They had what we were looking for, grabbed it, and made it out alive and quickly with little to no fuss. Was a good trip.

My mom and I went into this location yesterday, 2-7-17. Our stove played out, so we went looking for another. The guy in Appliances was very nice and polite to us. He took our information and proceeded to tell us that they had two left in the store. He checked the back and it was there. We set up a time. The screen I saw stated a delivery time of 12pm-4pm on today, 2-8-17. It is now after 5pm and our delivery has yet to be made. I love this store! The garden center especially. I bought my fall garden and winter Christmas plants here and everything is so beautiful. Folks are very knowledgeable and also helped carry my tree to my car. Yay lowes!
Well, I just finished dealing with the 3 Stooges at Lowe's to try to pick up a special order. Customer service is key, and it was apparent that this store in grossly lacking in employees that give a $hit. Terrible experience
