RecommendedAwesome customer service and great sales
I purchased a garden tiller from Lowe's, Rocky Mount, NC., 3 weeks ago. It was paid in full, plus a shipping fee. I received an Email confirming the delivery date of today. A Lowes employee called this morning stating that Lowe's had let another employee have my tiller. There were no more tillers anywhere, but I could request a refund. This is totally unacceptable & unethical.

You pushed my elderly Father to buy your warranty for his new washing machine. When it broke a few months later you told him that you just don't have anyone in his area that does that kind of repair. He has been without a washing machine for over two weeks. Now you tell him you cannot send anyone out because of the Covid Virus yet you tell him if he finds someone else to fix it, you will void his warranty. How can you sell something you don't have?
Ordered a washer and dryer last week since they didn't have it in stock. Went to the store to pick them up today, and they've already sold the dryer WE'VE ALREADY PAID FOR to someone else.
Went to Rocky Mount Lowe’s twice today and they were not cleaning the registers down after people used them. I feel this puts the customer in a possible situation with what is going on right now. Most retailers are cleaning the registers after each customer. Come on Lowe’s do your part.
Going there very rude employees
Trying to reach the garden dept today... The automated operator kept looping from operator to garden 6 times .. never spoke to a real person... frustrating experience and on that note I was there yesterday trying to pick up an online order. The woman who helped me was curt with an eye roll. She was clearly overwhelmed..searching for my 2 boards, not finding them, calls lumber to bring maybe 3 times?
