This is the only place where I get help without asking! I love it here, better than the other place down the street in terms of customer service. Lowe's customer service is exceptional and all associates are very friendly and helpful! Brian from paint department helped us with products to remove mold and Bea in appliances has helped us twice with two separate appliances purchases. �
Bought a Samsung washer and was told it was being delivered on Sunday. Got a call Saturday stating they didn't have it in stock and it would be delayed until Tuesday. So I took off work to be here for the delivery on Tuesday they install the new washing machine and run a cycle through to clean it. I got to check on it 20 minutes later and my floor is all flooded! Called and complained and the delivery manager doesn't seem to care. Installers came back out an hour later and we're nice but it was decided the machine was bad an... read more
