I would just love to recognize a member of your crew. My Family & I went into this location last night & while my youngest was being a little sassy on our way in and we were looking for a cart to put her in, Fred was walking down the isle. He saw that I was in need and was there to help by offering the cart he was pushing. He then tried chatting with her (she's 1) which engaged her attention. She especially enjoyed the pictures of his kitty that he shared with us. Thank you Fred! You made our experience a great one.😊

Nice sale for the 4th
Seriously very dissatisfied in the customer service I received! I bought 10 bags of sand (500 #) and was told the would get it and load it. Nope... I had to get the sand and load it in my car after talking to multiple employees still got no help!
A big shout out to Ryan, (sorry, I didn't get your last name!) who helped me today after 2 other people in the garden center blew me off! I was so impressed with your help, I called and spoke to assistant manager. Kudos to you, Ryan! Thanks for all your help today! From the lady with the urn!
Watched the guys moving a washer get beaned in the head because they didn't have the sense to tape it down before moving. Then said the pieces that we were recommended wouldn't work, but couldn't really explain why it what to do. Couldn't even find the main water shut off without help. Thought these were supposed to be professionals... Lowe's needs to train their people better.
ordered Items online for store pickup and it said 3 were in stock and the order got cancelled because they were not in stock. What a joke.
