This has been the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my whole life. After handing over $11,000 in cash and financed $6,000 (which we have already made three payments to lowes credit card) in advance to have our entire kitchen renovated in August it’s now November and we have a pile of cabinets in our living room that have been here since 10/17/17. Worst experience ever at the Brooklyn, oh store. The people in hardware were too lazy to help me find something, worker turned his back on me and pointed and said 2 aisles over. Went back because I could not find the piece and they paged someone to plumbing and waited 13 minutes no one showed up! Finished my shopping at Home Depot!
Absolutely disgusted with this store. Bought 4 thousand dollars in appliances here and only have my stove so far and it's been three weeks. Nobody seems to know where my appliances are and continually lie to me that they will be delivered. I waited all weekend for them and prepped for the new ones and now I'm stuck waiting on whenever they decide to bring them. Got email saying order was ready for pick up at 3:07 been here since 5:00 waiting.. Noone is helping to load drywall or insulation... Really get it together Lowes.. This is my second bad experience with this store.. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.. Ps it's 6:20pm now and I'm still waiting
THE WORST STORE EVER. I ordered doors in MAY and it is now AUGUST. I don't have any doors! They came with the wrong size doors in July and now they don't know what is going on. The man at the store told me "I don't know what to tell you". Don't waste your time here!
Last week when I went shopping I had an unfortunate experience with the cashier who was checking us out. I had my two boys with me ages 3.5 & 5.5. They were acting a bit & she made a comment that I felt was completely inappropriate regarding their behavior. She told them both infornt of me & another cashier that if they were with her for a week they wouldn't be acting the way they were. I was humiliated.
