I've never been to Lowe's before. I ordered some mulch online. Received a call in less than an hour (as well as an email) that my order was ready. When I got to the store the employees were kind and incredibly helpful. I told the woman I'd never been there before and she gave me very clear directions where to pick up my order. The lady who helped me load up the mulch was fantastic. Great store, I'll definitely be back!

Great customer services. Was just in the other day to purchase a washer and dryer. Was greeted immediately and all my questions were answered and staff was beyond helpful. Was nice not to have to search for a staff member. Great experience definitely will be back!!!!!
Horrible service on 3 interior doors installed. Order placed 4/3/16 and still having problems. Chipped door, wrapped door, wrong size door and now one door falling off hinges and cracked. Marilyn no help what so ever. Do not get doors at Lowes.
IF you can find an employee, they walk with their eyes on the floor. Making eye contact may mean they may have to provide customer service.
I have been waiting weeks to have 3 doors installed at my home. Today the installer did not come and I contacted them, they explained the doors were damaged and that I wouldn't want them at all. They also were surprised that Lowes never checked the doors and also had not contacted me that the doors wouldn't be installed until I knew of the damage. I had to call Lowes myself, manager was nice but their resolve of this is knock off 10% and have them installed 2 weeks from now. There has been constant mess ups with this order f... read more
