We are redoing our bathroom and came in last Saturday. William Bell took the time to answer all of our questions about different shower door styles and rain shower heads. We had gone to Home Depot and the employee we spoke to there suggested we go home and look on line for information. We had completely different experience with Mr Bell. I contracted with Lowe's on May 26, 2017 to install a 9x14 deck which I had to pay for up front. At that time I was promised the deck would be done by the second week of July. It is now the second week of August and all I have to show for my 8K spent is: dead grass, a front door I can't use, demo debris field, six post sticking out of the ground, and a driveway where I am unable to park my car. Numerous calls to L*** and D**, who work for Lowe's and all I get is run around. Way to go Lowe's. Your customer service sucks!
Liked the item I ordered but service here is atrocious and always has been. I've been waiting over 30 minutes for an item we ordered. Received message "item ready for pickup ". Clearly no one told the store!!!!!
S-L-O-W. IF YOU HAVE ALL DAY TO KILL, THEY ARE GREAT!
This store is sort of a crap shoot. Sometimes the employees are friendly and helpful. sometimes they are neither friendly nor helpful. I find that the employees working the floor seem less inclined to give good customer service where the cashiers are usually quite friendly. This is typical of any time I visit the store.
